I just got a AMD Athlon 3400 and im confused at what this means.ProcessorDescription Your Results Brand/Model AMD Athlon 64 3400+ Nominal Clock Speed 2200 MHz Measured Clock Speed 1000 MHz External Clock Speed 199 MHz CPU Load 0% Speed Rating 6209 (89% of 696 similar) Why is the measured clock speed lower then the nominal. What does it mean? I did this test at pcpitstop.
